Day One:  15 minutes of Yoga

Tadasana
Tree pose
Uttanasana
Paschimottanasana
can only hold poses for a count of ten, till my legs start shaking.
can only get my face within 6 or 7 inches of my knees in Uttanasana and paschimottana sana
less in janushirshasana
